The apartments show serious signs of age, with outdated decor and equipment. Limited hot water left us scrambling for quick showers, and the absence of regular maintenance made the pools less inviting with dirt and debris. Navigating the complex can be tricky due to the absence of elevators, making it challenging for those on higher floors, while the trek to town may not suit everyone’s energy level after a long day. the lack of kid-friendly evening activities left us searching for things to do after hours.

Spacious and Comfortable in a Great Location!
Our one-bedroom apartment offered ample space for our family. Despite the firm mattress, we enjoyed restful nights. The small balconies were perfect for morning coffee. We loved the onsite supermarket for snacks. A walk into Alvor took only 15 minutes down the hill, but prepare for the uphill return!

great amenities but some issues with comfort
The property is exceptionally clean, making it a pleasant environment to stay in. The staff are incredibly friendly, quick to respond to my requests, such as providing a much-needed vegetable peeler. I particularly enjoyed the lovely garden view from my balcony, perfect for relaxing mornings with my coffee.
The bed I slept on was rather firm.
